About The Role

Touring Tent Crew, touring show. We're looking for dependable, hands-on team members to join our traveling show. As part of our crew, you'll help set up and break down the tent, seating, and overall event space at each location. During showtime, you'll take on one of several guest-facing roles — and we may rotate you through them as the tour goes.

This is a touring position, our show moves to a new city roughly every two weeks, so flexibility and a team-player mindset are key.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and teardown of the tent, seating stand, and other event infrastructure.
Perform physically demanding tasks related to event setup and maintenance.
During performances, the additional jobs you may take on include usher, ticket scanner, merchandise, bartending, concessions, box office, or even stage hand. We will place you in those roles and may rotate you throughout the tour.
You may also help the tour chef with meal prep.
This is the crew — it's what makes the event run.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor with guests and team members.
Adapt to a touring lifestyle, as our event site moves approximately every two weeks.

This list isn't everything. On a touring show, the job is whatever the show needs that day — we pitch in, we cover for each other, and nobody says “that's not my role.” We do what it takes to get the job done, together.

Requirements

Must be able to perform manual labor, including the ability to repeatedly lift at least 50 pounds during load-in, load-out, setup and teardown.
Willingness to travel as part of a touring show, relocating every two weeks.
Positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and good communication skills.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and work efficiently under pressure.
Friendly, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team.
Experience in event setup is essential.
Experience in ushering is a plus, but not required.
