Dates: December 3, 2025 thru March 24, 2025
Location: Florida. We are a traveling show and therefore, this is a traveling Position.


We are seeking a Box Office and Sales Manager to oversee ticketing operations and sales initiatives at our venue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, exceptional organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. The Box Office and Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and operating the box office, driving ticket sales, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Box Office Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the box office, including ticket sales, will-call, and customer service.

2. Sales Management:
- Implement sales strategies to maximize ticket sales through multiple channels, including email marketing (Mailchimp), social media, local events, and other promotional activities.

4. Customer Service:
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service.
- Ensure the box office provides accurate event information to patrons.

6. Ticketing Systems & Other Systems
- Maintain and operate the ticketing software and systems.
- Ensure the accuracy of ticket inventory and seating charts.
- Coordinate with ticketing vendors for system updates and troubleshooting.
- Familiarize yourself with all in-house operating systems in order to assist with troubleshooting when needed

7. Event Coordination:
- Work closely with event promoters to manage ticket allocations and distributions.
- Assist in planning and executing special promotions and discounts.


Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in box office management or sales.
- Strong knowledge of ticketing systems and sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
-Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, social media platforms, and photo editing software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities: 

  1.  Setup and Teardown: Assist in the construction and dismantling of show infrastructures such as the big top, seating, staging, etc according to established guidelines and under the supervision of the Site Operations Manager

  2. Maintenance: Carry out necessary repairs and upkeep for all site structures to ensure safety and functionality.

  3. Project Management: Oversee and execute specific projects as directed by the Site Operations Manager.

  4. Show Support: Participate in show calls or support Front of House operations during performances.

  5. Emergency Response:Be available on call to address any emergencies that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills:  

  1. Experience in Construction:Proven experience in building structures, scaffolding, and bleachers.

  2. Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in site construction; touring experience is an advantage.

  3. Machinery Operation: Ability to operate a forklift and other heavy machinery is a plus.

  4. Physical Stamina:Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.

  5. Work Ethic: Capable of working long hours under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
