Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Teardown: Assist in the construction and dismantling of show infrastructures such as the big top, seating, staging, etc according to established guidelines and under the supervision of the Site Operations Manager

Maintenance: Carry out necessary repairs and upkeep for all site structures to ensure safety and functionality.

Project Management: Oversee and execute specific projects as directed by the Site Operations Manager.

Show Support: Participate in show calls or support Front of House operations during performances.

Emergency Response:Be available on call to address any emergencies that may arise.

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in Construction:Proven experience in building structures, scaffolding, and bleachers.

Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in site construction; touring experience is an advantage.

Machinery Operation: Ability to operate a forklift and other heavy machinery is a plus.

Physical Stamina:Must be able to repetitively lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds.

Work Ethic: Capable of working long hours under pressure, both independently and as part of a team
